The Opportunity 
We are seeking a visionary Operations Manager - administrative services to join our Toronto office and lead the strategic and operational direction of our technology initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and oversee daytoday administrative operations to ensure smooth, efficient functioning of the organization, aligning activities with company objectives.
  • Coordinate and support talent acquisition activities, including prehire administration, onboarding, and initial training to ensure a seamless experience for new employees.
  • Work closely with the CEO to coordinate priorities, monitor action items, and help implement operational initiatives that support the company's growth in the data and technology consulting space.
  • Overseeing core administrative operations, including document management, office coordination, and HR support functions.
  • Handle urgent, sensitive, and ambiguous matters with discretion and sound judgment, ensuring clear communication, timely followup, and appropriate escalation where required.
  • Oversee corporate governance processes and internal compliance procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the processing and lifecycle of NDAs, MSAs, contracts, and other key agreements, including tracking approvals, renewals, and expiry dates to minimize legal and operational risk.
  • Prepare concise reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for leadership and management committees to support decisionmaking on administrative and operational matters.
  • Plan, administer, and monitor budgets related to office operations, contracts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring cost effective use of resources.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, facilities coordination, access management, and essential office services so that teams have the tools and environment needed to be effective.
  • Track office expenditures, approvals, and renewals in coordination with the finance team, maintaining accurate records and supporting regular financial reviews.
  • Improve systems and documentation to reduce single-point dependency and increase operational resilience
  • Ensure office operations support executive productivity and team effectiveness.
What You Bring
  • A university degree in business administration, management, commerce, or other discipline related to the company's service is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience at a professional level in administrative services are required.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a middle manager.
  • Demonstrated patience, tact and diplomacy while leading a diverse team of professionals.
  • Ability to multi-task, remain cool and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent, interpersonal and communication experience, verbal, written and administrative skills
Salary Range
  • $75,000 - $85,000 (CAD)
