Job Description: Our client is a personalized healthcare company focused on connecting employees and their families to the right care at the right time through intelligent technology and data-driven insights. They are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Operations Associate to support their Member Engagement Marketing team on a contract basis. This is a high-production, ops-heavy role focused on email template building, campaign production, and quality assurance across multiple product lines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain email templates using a drag-and-drop editor within a marketing automation platform
  • Support campaign production end-to-end - from canvas/campaign creation through QA and launch
  • Conduct QA across three distinct product solutions to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Engineering, Data Analysts, and Growth Marketing team members
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proactively seek out work and drive tasks forward without waiting for direction

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience with a drag-and-drop email editor (template building is key)
  • Experience with Braze or a comparable marketing automation/email platform
  • Campaign production experience - end-to-end creation, QA, and launch support
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume, fast-moving workloads
  • Self-starter mentality - proactively drives work forward and makes decisions independently
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort pushing back or raising new ideas with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • B2B, B2C, or B2B2C experience
  • Healthcare industry background
  • Experience with A/B testing in email marketing campaigns
