Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations, coordinate community-focused initiatives, and assist with special projects and events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with relationship-building, event coordination, and stakeholder support.

Schedule: Full-time, In-Office, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for special events or organizational activities.
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, communications, and administrative processes to support daily operations.
  • Assist with planning and execution of events, programs, and special projects, including logistics and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain records, reports, and organizational documents while tracking deadlines and project milestones.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for vendors, partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure efficient business operations.
Required Qualifications
