Job Description Operations Assistant Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: Cincinnati, OH trak group is partnering with a growing organization to fill an Operations Assistant role on a direct-hire basis. Responsibilities: Prepare internal systems for trading each morning, ensuring accuracy and completeness Conduct account reconciliations using third-party reconciliation software Assist with trade-related support through a shared inbox Process and configure new accounts within internal systems Upload trade data into custodian systems Assist with daily trade processing during designated periods Generate ad hoc marketing reports and ensure accurate, timely distribution Post updates and insights to the company website Coordinate quarterly marketing material updates and distribution Assist in preparing and distributing presentations for internal and external use Organize and distribute mail and manage outbound shipments Qualifications: 1-2+ years of administrative experience; background in a financial services setting is a strong plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multi-step processes accurately Friendly, outgoing, and a genuine team player Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred Ready to take the next step.
