Job Summary

The Client Onboarding Project Specialist will lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform and solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide clients through the onboarding process, and ensure all requirements are met and delivered within agreed upon timelines.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned new client onboardings.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute onboarding plans.
  • Create a collaborative partnership with internal teams.
  • Establish strong rapport with new clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns throughout the onboarding process.
  • Work closely with sales, client success, and technical teams to coordinate seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Provide clear communications and ensure all onboarding documentation is current and accurate.
  • Continuously see opportunities to improve the onboarding process and enhance the overall client journey.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboardings simultaneously.
  • Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of background screening or similar industries (preferred)
  • Strong focus on client satisfaction, providing timely support and creating effective solutions.
  • Consistently deliver amazing client experiences.
