Title – Application Developer 1/ PeopleSoft developer

Location – Hybrid, Albany, New York

Duration: 24 months, with a strong possibility of extension of services.
 

Job Description: 


Work Arrangement: On-site work at the location stated above is required for a one-month probationary period. After the probationary period, 50% remote work.
Weekly Work Schedule: 40 hours per week during the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Occasional extended hours may be necessary by mutual agreement, e.g. Working weekends, past normal business hours.
Detailed Description of Engagement:
Our client has recently installed a modernized retirement benefit administration program. The implemented platform is an Oracle PeopleSoft solution. They require individual(s) with Application Development skills to work with in-house Application Development team to manage and execute application development efforts.
Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Four or more years of application development experience with PeopleSoft using at least three of the following toolsets: XML, PeopleSoft SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, PSQuery, Data Mover, Application Engine, and Component Interface.
  2. Four or more years of experience in using SQL over PeopleSoft Data Structures.
  3. Two or more years of experience in using PeopleTools 8.57 and higher.
  4. Two or more years of experience creating technical design documents and unit test scripts.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Four years’ experience implementing or supporting an Oracle PeopleSoft implementation.
