Job description

Location: Albany, NY – Hybrid: Minimum 50% onsite required
 
Job Duties:
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Create and maintain project workplans
  • Facilitate project meetings
  • Create necessary communications for project stakeholders including project statu and associated risks.
  • Maintain risk/issue logs
  • Provide PM support to project team leads and executive staff where necessary.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Public Health, Business or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 6-10 years of relevant project management experience.
Required Skills:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project and other Office 365 collaboration tools.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with diverse stakeholder groups through excellent listening and effective written and verbal communications.
  • Demonstrated success with facilitating meetings.
  • Experience with Medicaid data or Medicaid Information Technology project is strongly preferred.
