Contractor's Key Person shall:
- Project manage multiple complex and detailed project schedules.
- Maintain project timelines, milestones, and critical paths.
- Monitor and control projects to assure timely completion.
- Schedule and conduct stage gate review meetings with internal OSPHL teams.
- Advise on and escalate key risks and issues that impact the projects.
- Collaborate with managers and advocate for OSPHL resources to be allocated to the appropriate project tasks.
- Respond to requests for information from the public health director's office or CDC about Laboratory Data Modernization initiatives.
- Support applications for funding opportunities to support this project work.
- Liaise with OIS SDD team and provide support.
- Liaise with the OSPHL team to support organizational change management and User Acceptance.
- Coordinate with the OSPHL team to project manage the User Acceptance testing effort for the LIMS Replacement Project.
- Perform other OSPHL IT Project Management duties, as assigned.
