Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking highly skilled consultants with 12+ years of hands-on experience on Oracle EBS Techno-Functional (Technical 70% and Functional 30%) Consultant with deep expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), and General Ledger (GL) modules. The ideal candidate must also have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion Financials), strong analytical skills, and the proven ability to work in complex business environments. This role requires strong leadership qualities, the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and the competency to guide teams and drive functional solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise (Oracle EBS Financials)
  • Strong Technical expertise in Oracle EBS AP, AR, CM, and GL modules.
  • Solid understanding of SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Forms.
  • Knowledge of OAF/ADF frameworks is an added advantage.
  • Analyze business requirements and design scalable, sustainable solutions in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across financial modules with minimal turnaround time.
  • Provide support for interfaces, conversions, workflows, and customizations.

Oracle Cloud (Fusion Financials)

  • Hands on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials including AP, AR, GL, and Cash Management.
  • Exposure to Fixed Assets (FA) is a plus.

  • Perform Cloud configuration, testing, data migration support, and functional validation.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration and end-to-end transaction flow.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with business users, technical teams, and support teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions.
  • Liaise with integration teams (EAI/SOA/REST APIs) to support transaction flows between Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between Business, IT, Vendors, and Project stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and timelines in a dynamic environment.
  • Provide functional leadership, guide team members, and support decision-making processes.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ Yrs of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials (AP/AR/CM/GL).
  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end financial transaction flows and reporting.
  • Experience with interfaces, data conversions, and workflows.
