Strong SQL data extraction, hands-on Lawson/Infor HCM & Payroll experience, solid HR/Payroll knowledge, and Workday EIB data migration expertise.

Overview
Data Migration Specialist . This is a remote contract role. The reason this position exists is to provide hands-on technical support for catch-up transactions involving HCM and Payroll data, specifically focusing on extracting data from Lawson/Infor for Workday implementation.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

Strong SQL skills with extensive experience in hands-on data extraction and script maintenance.

  • Direct experience with Lawson/Infor HCM and Payroll data structures.
  • Solid understanding of HR and Payroll concepts , including employee records, compensation, and benefits.
  • Familiarity with Workday EIBs and a clear understanding of data formatting requirements for successful loads.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet strict project deadlines.

What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)

  • Write and maintain SQL scripts to accurately identify and extract HCM and Payroll data changes between specific dates.
