Job description

The Senior IT Business Analyst will lead business analysis activities for strategic Salesforce initiatives within the NM Commercial portfolio, including the Commercial M&A Integration program. This role partners with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, and delivery teams to define future-state business processes, harmonize capabilities across organizations, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The position drives requirements management, business process transformation, integration planning, solution validation, and business adoption across commercial, customer, and patient-focused functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis strategy, requirements management, business process transformation, and solution definition for strategic Salesforce initiatives.
- Drive current-state and future-state process analysis, business capability mapping, and operating model harmonization across Healthcare and acquired businesses.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
- Partner with business and IT teams to standardize and harmonize processes across organizations.
- Support Salesforce CRM consolidation, integrations, data migration, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making sessions.
- Drive UAT, solution validation, deployment readiness, and business adoption activities.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change impacts across multiple workstreams.
- Champion Agile and business analysis best practices.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor''s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise applications and transformation programs.
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience, preferably Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud.
- Strong expertise in requirements management, business process design, backlog management, and Agile delivery.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, data migration, and large-scale CRM transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Knowledge & Experience
-Experience leading Salesforce workstreams during mergers, acquisitions, or business integration programs.
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP integration initiatives, including Order-to-Cash, customer, product, and master data processes.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, middleware technologies, and data migration methodologies.
- Experience supporting commercial operations, sales force automation, customer engagement, patient management, or healthcare-related business processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI-enabled business processes, and advanced reporting capabilities.
- Experience working with global delivery teams, system integrators, and managed service partners.
- Understanding of regulatory, validation, and compliance requirements within healthcare, life sciences, or medical device industries.
- Exposure to enterprise reporting, analytics, Snowflake, Power BI, or customer data platforms.
- Experience facilitating complex business process harmonization across multiple organizations and regions.

- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
