The Senior IT Business Analyst will lead business analysis activities for strategic Salesforce initiatives within the NM Commercial portfolio, including the Commercial M&A Integration program. Key Responsibilities

- Drive current-state and future-state process analysis, business capability mapping, and operating model harmonization across Healthcare and acquired businesses.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
- Partner with business and IT teams to standardize and harmonize processes across organizations.
- Support Salesforce CRM consolidation, integrations, data migration, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
