  • Translate business and analytical requirements into scalable data structures and architecture patterns.
  • Help design and maintain data schemas, metadata standards, and documentation to improve data discoverability and usability.
  • Support development and optimization of ETL and ELT workflows that transform raw data into curated analytical datasets.
  • Assist in maintaining the reliability, performance, and scalability of data storage and processing systems.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders including product, analytics, and engineering teams to understand and address data needs.
  • Support data governance initiatives, including improving data quality, lineage visibility, and consistency across datasets.
  • Help enforce data standards and best practices to ensure data integrity, appropriate access, and responsible data usage across the organization.

You Have:
  • Experience working with data systems, data engineering, analytics engineering, or data architecture
  • Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for data transformation and analysis
  • Experience working with relational databases or cloud data platforms such as AWS
  • Experience using Python for data processing, automation, or scripting
  • Knowledge of ETL and ELT processes and modern data pipeline architectures
  • Knowledge of data governance concepts, including data quality, metadata management, and data documentation
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with AWS data services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, or Athena
  • Experience supporting data warehouse or lakehouse architectures
  • Experience with data orchestration or transformation tools such as Airflow or dbt
  • Experience with data governance tools such as data catalogs, lineage tools, or metadata management platforms
