We are a nationally recognized fire protection company that engineers, fabricates, and installs fire sprinkler systems and alarms for structures including commercial buildings, government buildings, healthcare facilities, high-rise condominiums, and mixed-use projects.
Job Summary
Northstar Fire Protection is looking for a Construction Data Manager. This position will be responsible for collecting, input, and managing all aspects of construction information, to include RFIs, IFFs, constraints, meeting minutes, ACC program administration, scheduling, coordinating, and other duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Track and maintain IFFs, RFIs, and related status updates in ACC and other project software.
  • Create, update, organize, and maintain project documentation, spreadsheets, and records.
  • Coordinate project schedules, milestones, progress tracking, and work-in-progress meetings.
  • Prepare weekly Project Manager reports and communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with design scheduling and coordination to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project needs and progress with General Contractors, Engineers, Clients, Field Superintendents, and Project Managers.
  • Support project coordination efforts by managing schedules, information flow, and milestone tracking.
  • Develop and maintain processes, programs, workflows, dashboards, and reports to better serve internal and external customers.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email.
  • Experience in high paced, large construction projects preferred.
  • Experience in construction, preferably mechanical/electrical.
  • Experience managing information and coordinating with onsite, remote, and contractor teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
