Job description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong analytical and data skills to tackle complex, high-visibility challenges and translate large data sets into strategic insights. This role will leverage analytics to drive development, optimize performance, and support key organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Program Management

  • Oversees multiple related projects to ensure they align with organizational strategy and deliver on business objectives.
  • Manages cross-functional teams and coordinates dependencies, timelines, and resources across projects.
  • Develops and maintains program roadmaps, tracking progress against key milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Identifies and mitigates risks, ensuring smooth execution and resolving issues that impact scope, budget, or schedule.
  • Communicates program status and strategic insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

Data Governance, Interpretation and Modeling

  • Extract, clean, and synthesize data, primarily using SQL to enable accurate analysis.

  • Develop and visualize insights through reports, dashboards, and storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.
