We're looking for a Data Solutions Lead Managers to join our growing team!
About the Role:
As a Data Solutions Lead Manager, you will manage a team of Data Collection owners who provide expert consultation on ML/Gen AI data collections and own execution from start to finish. You'll drive business value by providing regular feedback and ensuring your team is working efficiently, manage active escalations and help them build long standing partnerships with customers. If necessary you will have the technical capability to step in and take control of high priority or challenging collections, delighting our customers and deliver meaningful change for the models that back them.
Key job responsibilities
Manage and monitor your teams performance, creating a culture of ownership in ambiguous situations
Act as an SME Manager, gaining deep domain knowledge in the field of data collection for AI and relevant products
Own global program improvement initiatives for the Data Collection Excellence Organization
Coordinate across global teams, influencing stakeholders to ensure effective and expedient delivery
Monitor and optimize collection health metrics to ensure customer success
Drive customer adoption through providing technical value and the provision of an exemplary customer experience.
