Job description

Job Title: Project Management Specialists
Location: Yonkers, NY

Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the clientโ€™s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex technology projects and programs, including schedules, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  2. Coordinate cross-functional Agile teams and stakeholders while managing priorities, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  3. Provide strategic guidance to business, product, technology, and leadership stakeholders while facilitating alignment and informed decision-making.
  4. Monitor program performance, financials, quality, and delivery outcomes while driving governance, continuous improvement, and executive-level reporting.
     

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

5+ years of experience leading complex enterprise technology projects or programs, including ERP implementations, system modernization, migrations, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.

Technical Skills

ERP Platforms, Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, Coupa, Agile/Scrum, Project Planning & Scheduling, Data Migration & System Integration, Project Management Tools

Business / Domain Skills

ERP Transformation, Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Business Process Improvement, Risk & Dependency Management, Financial & Budget Management

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Certification Required
PMP or Agile certification is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience managing enterprise ERP implementations, modernization programs, system migrations, or business transformation initiatives.
  2. Experience working with Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, Coupa, or comparable enterprise business platforms.
