We are seeking aย skilledย Project Managerย to joinย our industry-leading Data Center Project Management team. In this role, you will oversee large, multidisciplineย designย projects throughoutย theย design andย construction phases, ensuring the project adheres to the approved design, specifications, and contractual agreements while promptly resolving issues during construction.ย ย You willย be responsible forย driving the project forward through project closeout, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.ย ย 

Primary responsibilities include:ย 

  • Stakeholder Liaison:ย Act as the primary point of contact between the design team, clientย representatives, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.ย 
  • Design Adherence:ย Oversee the implementation of design intent, ensuring project execution aligns with specifications, contract documents, and quality standards.ย 
  • Technical Coordination:ย Urgentlyย manage the flow of technical documentation (including RFIs, submittals, and design deliverables),ย reviewing forย cross-discipline completeness and constructability.ย 
  • Project Delivery & Risk:ย Drive project delivery to meet schedule and budget milestones, proactivelyย identifyingย and mitigating project risks.ย 
  • Issue Resolution:ย Lead the resolution of technical and site-specific issues, coordinating between design and construction partners toย swiftlyย address unforeseen conditions or conflicts.ย 
  • Quality Assurance:ย Conduct regular site observations and quality reviews to verify progress,ย identifyย deficiencies, and ensure reporting accuracy.ย 
  • Meeting Leadership:ย Lead and document project coordination meetings to drive decision-making and team alignment.ย 
  • Change Management:ย Manage theย scopeย modification process, including the review and negotiation of Change Orders and contract adjustments.ย 
  • Project Closeout:ย Oversee the closeout process, ensuring theย accurateย maintenance of record documents and final deliverables.ย
