Overview
The Enterprise Business Improvement Services (EBIS) team is seeking a highly motivated MBA student or high-performing undergraduate Junior or Senior to join us as a Strategic Management Intern for the Fall 2026 Semester. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise-wide strategic planning initiatives while working alongside senior leadership. This intern will play an important role in helping develop the Knights of Columbus' 2027 Strategic Plan.
Core Responsibilities
  • Support the development of the Knights of Columbus 2027 Stragetic Plan.
  • Assist with collecting and consolidating strategic plans from departments across the organization.
  • Format, Analyze, and evaluate department-level strategic plans against organizational goals and the Big 6 strategic priorities.
  • Help ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with enterprise objectives.
  • Prepare reports and other materials to support strategic planning efforts.
  • Collaborate with leaders across multiple business functions.

Skills Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independenty in a remote environment.

Education
  • Students pursuing an MBA or a high-performing undergraduate majoring in Business, Strategic Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.

Physical Demands
