Position Summary

The HR Assistant Intern participates in a structured, hands-on learning experience focused on Human Resources administrative processes and organizational support within a supervised program environment.

This role provides exposure to HR documentation, recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, and internal HR workflows.

Participants may engage at different levels within this role based on the programโ€™s tiered structure (Foundational, Intermediate, Advanced), depending on prior experience, engagement, and program needs.

Participants in this role will gain exposure to:
