About the Role

At TD SYNNEX, we are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Partner Operations Manager I to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our vendor and partner ecosystem by ensuring operational excellence across pricing, quoting, and partner enablement processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals early in their career who are interested in building a strong foundation in technology distribution, partner management, and sales operations. What You'll Do

As a Partner Operations Manager I, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and efficient operational support to internal teams, vendors, and partners. Key responsibilities include:

  • Pricing & Data Management

    • Maintain and regularly update vendor price files to ensure accuracy and alignment with current agreements and promotions
    • Organize pricing data using structured and scalable processes to improve accessibility and efficiency
  • Quoting & Partner Support

    • Generate accurate quotes based on partner requirements, vendor pricing guidelines, and program eligibility
    • Provide timely responses to partner inquiries related to pricing, services, and deal registrations
    • Ensure a seamless presales support experience for partners and internal stakeholders
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Build strong working relationships with vendor teams to understand their priorities, programs, and go-to-market strategies
    • Stay up to date on vendor policies, pricing models, and quoting requirements, adapting processes as needed
    • Execute operational tasks and special projects in collaboration with vendor and internal teams
  • Process Compliance & Improvement

    • Ensure all agreements and quotes align with company policies, legal requirements, and partner agreements
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support scalable operations
