The Ask Ada Change Manager leads the end-to-end change and adoption agenda for Ask Ada, PepsiCo’s internally developed AI knowledge platform.

This role is accountable for ensuring Ask Ada isunderstood, trusted, and embedded into everyday ways of working, delivering measurable outcomes in adoption, engagement, and user satisfaction.

This is abusiness-led transformation role, requiring strong cross-functional influence, insight translation, and the ability to drive behavioural change at scale — beyond traditional communications.

Responsibilities Change Management & Sustained Adoption
  • Own the change agenda for Ask Ada, ensuring alignment between strategy, platform evolution, and business adoption.
  • Drive behavioral change at scale, embedding Ask Ada into day‑to‑day workflows across Functions and Regions.
  • Drive coordinated communication, change, and learning plans to embed new behaviors.
  • Partner with functional leaders to integrate Ask Ada into capability agendas and business rhythms to deliver at least one live activation per function in 2026 to increase awareness and adoption.
  • Work with program stakeholder leads to design, develop and execute change strategy, plans, tools, and deliverables across key change areas within the PEP change planning framework: Assess, Plan, and Integrate & Sustain, needed for the successful support and adoption of the project through the 5 As (Awareness, Acknowledgement, Acceptance, Activation, Adoption)
Platform Narrative & Positioning
  • Define the Ask Ada value proposition and platform narrative across all audiences.
  • Set and guard brand voice, tone, and messaging standards across the platform and communications.
  • Ensure a consistent, user‑centred experience that builds trust and clarity.
Campaigns & Engagement
  • Lead cross‑functional adoption campaigns for a global audience.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and Ask Ada functional leads to maximize the value of templates delivered by an external agency.
  • Design hands‑on, internally deliverable initiatives that maximise impact.
Enablement & Ways of Working
  • Define and document platform rules, onboarding principles, enablement journeys, and ways of working.
  • Produce and provide guidance and training to functional teams and key stakeholders who are unfamiliar with change management principles, framework and tools.
  • Support scalable adoption while respecting functional and regional nuance.
Insight‑Led Continuous Improvement
  • Translate user insight, scorecard trends, feedback, surveys, and data into actionable change plans.
  • Leverage insights to inform communications priorities and product roadmap decisions that further adoption in partnership with Product, UX, and Engineering teams.
  • Support the definition of user‑centred stories and adoption‑critical requirements aligned with defined change strategy and priorities.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Communications or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of in-depth experience in Change Management, Large-scale global Transformations, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Agile System Implementation, Consulting experience
  • Experience operating in large, matrixed, global organizations
  • Proven ability to drive behavioral change and adoption at scale
  • Strong stakeholder management, including senior leadership engagement
  • Experience translating complex concepts into clear, actionable communication
  • High level of ownership, structure, and delivery focus
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.
Preferred
  • Experience in digital, AI, or platform-led transformations
  • Exposure to knowledge management or AI-enabled tools
  • Experience working with Product, UX, or Engineering teams
  • Change Management Professional™ (CCMP) or Prosci® Change Practitioner certification
  • Deep Change Management expertise in a corporate environment including integration of change management activities into project plan, reporting on ongoing status, stakeholder readiness and overall project health
  • Experience in Project Management (i.e. activities related to project planning, delivery and sustainment)
  • Experience or exposure to Organization Design, Process Re-Design, Learning & Development/ Instructional Design preferred
