The Opportunity
As a Managed Services - Data, Analytics & AI - Senior Associate, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. Within our Data, Analytics & AI Managed Services practice, you will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role, you will utilize advanced analytics techniques to help clients optimize their operations and achieve their strategic goals. You will be part of a team that focuses on leveraging data to drive insights and make informed business decisions. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will contribute to the broader objectives of your projects and understand how your work fits into the overall strategy. This position offers a chance to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.
Responsibilities
- Leveraging data analytics to drive strategic insights and informed decision-making for clients

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored data solutions

- Applying analytical thinking and data science techniques to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
- Collaborating with teams to develop data architecture and visualization strategies that align with client objectives

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
