Job description

  • Maintain product-related data and configurations in all applicable ERP systems
  • Screen and assign support tickets (โ€œbugsโ€) from end users, resolving issues based on severity
  • Manage the lifecycle of assigned โ€œbugsโ€ from activation to closure
  • Identify and bring up blockers for active โ€œbugsโ€ and unreleased Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
  • Complete ECOs in accordance with approved processes and within assigned deadlines
Requirements
  • A bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum five years of relevant work experience, including two years in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum two years of experience working within supply chain and/or production modules in major ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills and logical task execution within deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities for work-related issues
  • Effective communication skills across cross-functional teams and with technical and business engagement managers
  • Adaptability to meet changing demands and priorities
  • Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication and customer service
  • Subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals
  • May be required to complete a criminal background check, submit fingerprints, and obtain licenses or registrations with applicable gaming regulatory authorities
  • Must be authorized to work in the job posting location on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship
