The Data Center Logistics Senior Manager oversees logistics operations supporting the data center business, including distribution management, and process improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and compliant movement of critical data center equipment while leading a logistics team and coordinating closely with operations, integrators, transportation, and finance teams.
Job Description
Logistics & Transportation Management
  • Oversee all aspects of data center logistics operations.
  • Negotiate pricing and manage relationships with 3pl warehousing providers.
  • Ensure warehousing activities comply with company logistics policies and operational standards.
  • Oversee warehousing issue resolution and escalation management.

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with data center operations teams to align on warehouse space and labor capacities, production schedules, delivery requirements, and timelines.
  • Coordinate communication between logistics team members and broader data center business teams.
  • Support customer and stakeholder meetings related to logistics planning and execution.

Continuous Improvement
  • Drive process improvements to enhance warehousing performance, service levels, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure third-party logistics providers adhere to company transportation policies and expectations.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics operations
  • 1+ year of experience in managing over-dimensional shipments

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business
  • Experience managing third-party logistics providers and contracts
  • Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional coordination experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with SAP, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A self-starter who thrives in environments with ambiguity and rapid change

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
