Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop a multi-year data literacy roadmap that aligns to business priorities, analytics maturity, and governance standards.
  • Define target audiences, competency levels, and success measures.
  • Maintain an execution plan with clear milestones and stakeholder commitments.
  • Create and deliver blended learning (live sessions, recorded modules, office hours, and job aids) covering foundational concepts (data definitions, KPIs), quality, visualization) through advanced topics (analysis techniques, storytelling, responsible AI/data use).
  • Tailor content by role and toolset (e.g., BI dashboards, Excel, self-service analytics).
  • Partner with leaders and functional teams to embed data-informed practices in routines (tier meetings, problem-solving, KPI reviews).
  • Build and manage a network of data champions; run office hours and targeted coaching to improve interpretation of metrics and drive consistent use of trusted dashboards.
  • Drive adoption through coaching, champions network and change management.
  • Collaborate with Data Governance, BI/Analytics, and process owners to reinforce common definitions, KPI logic, and documentation so learners are trained on consistent metrics.
  • Identify high-friction areas (confusing terminology, duplicate reports, low trust data) and help coordinate remediation and communications.
  • Partner to improve data accessibility, definitions, and measurement standards.
  • Track participation, completion, proficiency, and adoption metrics; gather feedback from learners and leaders; and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Use results to iterate curriculum, delivery methods, communications, and tooling guidance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Learning & Education Studies or Information Technology, with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
  • Occasional travel (0-5%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building training programs and learning content for adult learners.
  • Experience in data/analytics, business intelligence, training/enablement, or process improvement.
  • Strong data visualization and storytelling skills; familiarity with self-service BI tools and common analytics workflows.
  • Understanding of data governance concepts (definitions, lineage, quality, security/privacy).
  • Experience in manufacturing/operations environments
