Job description

Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is seeking a full-time Standards Management and Technical Analysis Support Specialist in San Diego, CA. This position provides analytical and technical support for the management, evaluation, and configuration control of Tactical Data Link (TDL) and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) standards. This position is fully on-site in San Diego, CA and requires a current, active security clearance that is at least secret level or higher The salary range for this position is between $105,000-$115,000 annually, depending on experience.. Responsibilities: * Provide analytical support for the development and sustainment of TDL/C4I configuration management activities. * Produce technical evaluations on proposed and agreed changes to message standards, interface requirements, and specification documents. * Review requirements changes, identify issues, and assess impacts on fleet, joint, and allied TDL interoperability. * Support working groups and configuration control boards (e.g., JMTCCB, JMSWG, USMTF-CCB, TISG, VMFSG, CNRWG, XMLSG, MDASG, SSMC) by preparing and analyzing meeting packages, technical responses, and documentation. * Develop and staff Change Proposals (CPs), Interface Change Proposals (ICPs), Data Link Change Proposals (DLCPs), Symbology Change Proposals (SCPs), Working Papers (WPs), and technical interface design plan - test edition (TIDP-TE) documentation. * Provide technical support at U.S. Navy, joint, NATO, and allied configuration management forums and meetings. Required Qualifications: * Active Secret Clearance (with SIPRNet access eligibility) * Experience supporting C4ISR, TDL, or related military standards and interoperability efforts. * Familiarity with military standards such as MIL-STD-2525, MIL-STD-6016, MIL-STD-6040, and related documentation. * Strong analytical, technical writing, and communication skills. * Ability to review and assess technical documentation, meeting reports, and change proposals. * Ability occasionally travel to McLean, VA and/or Hampton, VA and/or Huntsville, AL. Desired Qualifications: * Experience with configuration management processes/tools within a DoD or Navy environment * Previous participation in standards working groups or configuration control boards. * Knowledge of OPSEC, information security, and incident reporting requirements for classified and controlled unclassified information.
