Job Description & Overview
Gathers, organizes, and catalogs telecommunications information from various sources for input into company database. Processed data must conform to team standards and quality specifications. Duties also include analyzing database information for consistency, errors, and patterns using database analysis.
Educational & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Accounting, Statistics, related degree, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of on-the-job analytical experience
Security Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Required Qualifications
  • Efficient using Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in job-related Microsoft Office products
  • Intermediate experience in the research and collection of technical data (e.g., technical specifications, product data)
  • Data Literacy: Intermediate competency in finding, manipulating, managing, and interpreting data, numbers, text, and images
  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Familiarity with mobile application development concepts and data structures
  • Experience with data extraction and collection techniques, including bulk data retrieval from digital sources
  • Experience writing, testing, and refining code to ensure reliability, efficiency, and scalability
  • Basic knowledge in telecommunication numbering principles, network structures, services and technologies
Responsibilities
  • Analyze database information
  • Conduct research via the Internet and through information within company library and other available sources
  • Analyze/Rationalize data from multiple sources, often global in nature, having a moderate degree of complexity
  • Conduct data collection from mobile applications and other digital sources
  • Create status reports for management purposes
  • Work with team members to complete set objectives
  • Train and mentor less experienced team members on routine tasks
  • Execute and/or create basic automation scripts and process associated data
  • Generate client reports, as assigned
  • Understand and demonstrate corporate core values
  • Adhere to quality procedures defined in the company's Quality Management System, which is consistent with ISO 9001:2015 standards and company goals
