Job Summary:
The Human Resources Intern supports various HR functions and works closely with team members to assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Responsibilities include helping with recruitment and onboarding activities, responding to employee inquiries, assisting with maintaining employee records, supporting training initiatives, and performing other tasks as assigned. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR practices and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with coordinating and supporting recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing materials and assisting with orientation sessions.
  • Support training and development initiatives by helping organize sessions, preparing resources, and tracking participation.
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist with internal communication efforts related to HR policies, benefits, and training opportunities.
  • Help respond to basic employee inquiries and direct more complex issues to the appropriate team member.
  • Participate in special HR projects as assigned, such as employee engagement efforts or compliance tracking.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace culture by supporting team initiatives and activities.
  • Observe and support tasks related to organizational compliance and policy implementation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to gain exposure to various areas of HR and enhance learning.

Health Requirements:
All employees are required to provide proof of vaccination for Hepatitis B and Tuberculosis (TB) as part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.
