Job Functions:
The Marketing/Graphics Intern will be responsible for assisting with various marketing efforts, market research projects, and graphic design support.
Accountabilities:
  • Assist with online and in-person event coordination
  • Maintain and organize digital assets
  • Develop content for social media and website

Other Job Duties:
  • Supports marketing team with product launches and campaigns
  • Assists with Graphic Design image and file organization efforts
  • Assists with the management of Digital and print Assets
  • Processes and distributes sales leads and quote requests
  • Updates database with tradeshow sales leads
  • Helps monitor and maintain social media sites
  • Assists with trade show and event planning
  • Assists in the organization and management of marketing material distribution and fulfillment
  • Maintains media and advertising library
  • Assists with marketing research projects
  • All other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to engage with all levels of the organization. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
