The Manager, Analytics Solutions – Data & Integration is responsible for building and deploying enterprise-wide analytics capabilities, with a primary focus on data management. This role builds reliable, scalable data foundations across source system integration, data quality, mapping, and pipeline operations, enabling trusted reporting across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Working cross-functionally with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders, this role drives end-to-end data integration and analytics delivery within the Microsoft Fabric environment, ensuring data from diverse retail and third-party sources is accurate, governed, and actionable.Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Vendor Relationships
  • Own management of POS and third-party data sources (Nuqleous/TR3, Circana, Stackline, Scintilla, Vendor Central, SAP), ensuring consistent delivery and timely issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with vendors and offshore development team on data delays, gaps, and inconsistencies; lead onboarding of new sources.
  • Maintain retailer item mapping and hierarchy alignment with internal product structures.
Data Operations & Quality
  • Execute and oversee item mapping, POS validation, and data reconciliation across datasets, mapping files, and reporting outputs.
  • Monitor validation dashboards and alerts; drive timely resolution of anomalies and missing data.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities, including Python-based orchestration and testing in Microsoft Fabric.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, including advanced use of DAX measures and calculated columns within the Fabric semantic layer.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define reporting needs, and prioritize incoming requests.
  • Provide ongoing support to business users, including troubleshooting issues, fulfilling reporting requests, and enhancing dashboard hierarchies.
Data Integration & Platform Support
  • Execute extracts, mapping, and validation across all source systems
  • Develop Python scripts for pipeline orchestration, testing, and integration validation, monitor pipeline reliability.
Governance & Documentation
  • Enforce data governance, quality, and security standards; manage Power BI access.
  • Own process documentation for mapping, validation, reporting, and data workflows.
Qualifications
  • 6–8+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or data operations; POS or retail data experience required.
  • Self-starter who drives execution independently and engages stakeholders collaboratively in problem solving and solutioning.
  • Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and Python (orchestration, testing, automation) in cloud data environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SAP, and SAP BW.
  • Familiarity with POS, Nuqleous/TR3, Circana, Stackline, Scintilla, Vendor Central, and SAP data sources.
  • Strong data modeling knowledge (Star Schema, normalization) and data quality/reconciliation instincts.
  • Effective communicator across technical and business audiences; CPG or retail industry experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
Environmental Factors
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment. 
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. 
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time. 
  • This role requires Stamford, CT office on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.
