Job description

Integrations Project Manager

Lantern is seeking an Integrations Project Manager to join our fast-growing Implementation Team. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of client data integrations, including new client onboarding, file setup, renewals, and ongoing operational enhancements.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the integration lifecycle—ensuring requirements are clearly defined, timelines are met, and deliverables are executed with accuracy and urgency.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong ownership, communicates with clarity, and excels at managing complex workflows across multiple teams. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless client experience and the successful delivery of Lantern's data-driven solutions.

Location: Dallas, TX | Hybrid 2-3x a week

Responsibilities:

Integration Management & Execution

  • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for eligibility, data triage, and integration setup.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for new file implementations, renewals, and integration enhancements.
  • Gather, document, and validate all integration requirements, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain process flows, technical documentation, and integration guides.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones; provide proactive status updates to clients, brokers/consultants, and internal teams.

Process Optimization & Documentation

  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation for electronic file specifications, reporting requirements, and operational processes.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics to measure integration health and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and scalability.
  • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all active integrations and reporting configurations.

Data Quality, Reporting & Issue Resolution

  • Oversee data validation, quality checks, and change management activities related to eligibility and reporting setup.
  • Monitor performance and accuracy of active integrations; investigate issues and drive resolution with urgency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Operations to ensure data integrity and alignment with client needs.
  • Develop and maintain reporting standards, documentation, and best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Client Experience

  • Communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written formats, ensuring stakeholders understand requirements, timelines, and next steps.
  • Support Client Success and Implementation teams by providing integration expertise during onboarding, renewals, and escalations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and brokers/consultants to ensure a seamless integration experience.
  • Take timely action to resolve service issues and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, data integrations, technical onboarding, or related fields.
  • Experience with data reporting, file management, or eligibility/EDI processes strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Azure is highly desirable
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Salesforce) preferred.
