Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Technology (JJT) is seeking a Manager, Technology Product Management, AI Data Insights to join the Innovative Medicine Data & Insights Product Group. This role will own and lead product strategy, define roadmap, execution and delivery of Data, Analytics, and AI products supporting the Strategy Analytics and Transformation organization. The Manager will partner with business and technology leaders to drive innovation and deliver measurable value through data-driven and AI-enabled solutions. The primary location for this position is Titusville, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of Commercial Operations products and platforms, accountable for strategy, objectives and key results, value realization, and business value.
  • Develop and drive data, analytics capabilities that strengthen reporting, forecasting, decision support and operational efficiency.
  • Align product investments, roadmaps, and technology capabilities with organizational priorities, customer needs, and enterprise strategy.
  • Managed product backlog, delivery, technical execution, and stakeholder alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams.
  • Lead Agile product teams and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, translating requirements into impactful outcomes.
  • Identify and implement high-value AI use cases that improve decision-making, automate processes, increase efficiency, and unlock new sources of value.
  • Drive the development, adoption, and scaling of AI, Generative AI, AI Agents, and intelligent automation, moving solutions from pilots to production.
  • Champion responsible AI practices, governance, and risk management across products and platforms.
  • Foster a culture of empowerment, innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning while embedding Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in team decisions and behaviors.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree is required preferably in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent field of study.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology, product management, analytics, digital transformation, or related roles within healthcare, life sciences, or a regulated industry.
  • Strong experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, analytics platforms such as Power BI and Tableau, and Agile product management methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of predictive analytics and forecasting, modern ML/LLM architectures and their real-world applications.
  • Proven understanding of AI technologies, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, AI agents, semantic and context layers, Machine Learning.
  • Hands-on practitioner of AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot Studio) in daily workflows, with concrete examples of measurable gains in delivery speed, output quality, or personal productivity.
  • Lead cross-functional partnerships, stakeholder management through strong influence and excellent communication.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in healthcare/life sciences.
  • Experience in sales performance and execution metrics reporting for field and home office leadership.
  • Experience supporting syndicated data sets, performance & execution metrics, forecasting applications, pharma commercial sales Ops processes like roster management, territory and hierarch management, Incentive compensation reporting, and other commercial functions.
  • Experience & good understanding of CRM/Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
  • Proven experience defining, developing, and implementing AI-enabled product strategy.
