The Senior Analyst, People Data and Integrations plays a critical role in advancing the organization's People and Culture capabilities through robust data architecture, system integrations, advanced analytics, and emerging AI capabilities. This role is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data flows, integration frameworks, and reporting solutions that support accurate, timely, and actionable workforce insights. The position also contributes to the development of AI enabled solutions and intelligent agents that allow stakeholders and leaders to easily access and interact with people data insights. This role partners closely with P&C, Finance, and IT to ensure people data is effectively connected to financial planning, enabling more informed decision making around headcount, labor costs, and organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Planning and Finance Alignment

  • Partner with Finance and HR leadership to support headcount planning, labor cost forecasting, and budget tracking

  • Develop and maintain data models that connect workforce data with financial metrics, including compensation, benefits, and organizational costs

  • Support workforce planning processes by delivering insights on capacity, hiring plans, and cost implications

  • Collaborate on planning tools and processes, including integration with platforms such as Anaplan or similar solutions

  • Explore the use of AI driven forecasting and scenario modeling to enhance workforce planning insights

System Integrations and Data Architecture

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and key business systems, including payroll providers, benefits platforms, finance systems, and enterprise applications

  • Partner with IT and vendors to define integration requirements, data flows, and scalable architecture

  • Ensure reliable and accurate data movement across systems, with a focus on timeliness, completeness, auditability, and reconciliation

  • Support the development of a connected People Technology ecosystem that enables consistent and accessible workforce data

  • Contribute to the design of data architectures that support AI and agent based solutions, including structured and accessible data layers

People Data and Analytics Enablement

  • Develop and maintain datasets, reporting frameworks, and data models that support operational reporting and strategic analysis

  • Ensure strong data governance, integrity, and accessibility across all people data domains

  • Deliver insights that inform workforce planning, talent strategies, and business decisions

  • Enable self service reporting and data access for HR and business stakeholders

  • Develop AI enabled insights and natural language driven reporting experiences that improve how leaders consume people data

Automation and AI Enablement

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes through system integrations and data exchange between platforms

  • Leverage Workday capabilities, integrations, enterprise tools, and AI solutions to streamline data movement and reduce manual intervention

  • Design and support the development of intelligent agents that allow stakeholders and leaders to retrieve people data insights through intuitive interfaces

  • Partner with stakeholders to implement scalable automation and AI driven solutions tied to integrations and system capabilities

  • Track the effectiveness of automation and AI initiatives with a focus on data accuracy, efficiency gains, and reduced manual effort

Stakeholder Partnership and Delivery

  • Serve as a consultative partner to HR Technology, IT, Finance, and business leaders

  • Translate business needs into scalable solutions across integrations, data models, reporting frameworks, and AI enabled capabilities

  • Support cross functional initiatives that strengthen the People Technology and data ecosystem

  • Communicate technical concepts, including AI and data solutions, in a clear and business friendly manner

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, HR, Finance, or a related field

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in HR technology, data, integrations, analytics, or related roles

  • Proven experience designing and supporting integrations between Workday and enterprise systems such as payroll, benefits, and finance platforms

  • Strong understanding of Workday's data model across core modules, including HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll

  • Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, middleware, and end to end data flows

  • Experience supporting workforce planning, headcount forecasting, or labor cost analysis in partnership with Finance

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain data models and reporting solutions that inform business decisions

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills across complex datasets and systems

  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across HR, IT, and Finance

  • Familiarity with AI tools, data exploration tools, or emerging technologies that support analytics and automation

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with workforce planning and financial modeling tools such as Anaplan

  • Experience supporting data integration between HR and Finance systems

  • Familiarity with data governance and enterprise data management practices

  • Experience leveraging AI solutions or building agent based tools to enable business user access to data insights

$140,000 - $150,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
