DASI is embracing the potential of online sales and their digital marketplace, which has been growing exponentially and has tremendous potential with the right technology team in place to support and take it to the next level.
Purpose:
At DASI, the Outbound supervisor - Level 5 is responsible for ensuring that all outgoing material (and the related paperwork) meets the customer requirements and quality inspection standards in accordance to DASI's Quality Management System (QMS).
Key accountabilities:
  • Perform visual inspections of all outgoing parts and materials, including verifying trace documents, to ensure compliance with approved quality procedures and customer requirements.
  • Familiar with the different Maintenance Release certificates such as 8130's, EASA Form One, etc.
  • Familiar with ATA106 and ATA300 Specifications
  • Enter, verify, and validate the accuracy of data input into the DASI database.
  • Assist with organizing workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
  • Identify issues within the team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards.
  • Train and onboard new hires to make sure they understand their roles.
  • Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed.
  • Assist with scheduling and timecard approvals.
  • Working with the Quality Assurance department in continuous improvement projects.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Experience and qualifications:
  • Associate degree from a two-year college in a related field and/or 3+ years of directly related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • College or Technical School - a Plus.
  • ASA-100 and/or ISO Quality Standard knowledge - a plus.
  • Supervisor experience.
  • Ability to perform light to moderate lifting.
  • Computer literate.
  • Demonstrate professional style.
