Senior Account Executive, Enterprise (Sales Account Executive - SaaS product, healthcare/medical education industry)

Job Description

The Senior Account Executive, Enterprise will be a knowledge hub for Graduate Medical Education and holds deep, established relationships with leaders within the healthcare industry with a major focus towards supporting Medical Education.

This candidate will gain in-depth knowledge of trends and opportunities within our customers' landscape including hospitals and private practices amongst other prospects with a large portion of their sales goals supporting Graduate Medical Education by partnering with New Innovations, the leading residency management provider in Graduate Medical Education.

This candidate will exemplify a solutions and value based strategic sales approach while holding a history of exceeding sales goals and leading growth.

Responsibilities
  • Leads both enterprise and institution specific sales increasing revenue YOY
  • A strong understanding of SaaS products, technologies, and trends to offer knowledgeable guidance and recommendations to prospects.
  • Ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline to ensure a steady stream of prospects while meeting and exceeding established goals.
  • Strong customer service skills to build and maintain relationships, ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Problem-solving abilities to effectively address and resolve any concerns or issues that might arise during the sales process.
  • Excellent proficiency in maintaining and building CRM processes, tracking and reporting.
  • Analyzes data and develops business strategies to drive growth and key insights into Medical Education.
  • Forecast short and long term plans creating a sales momentum, accurate predictability and strong outcomes.
  • Prepare and maintain records for sales leads and progress status of accounts.
  • Build relationships and identify the prospectโ€™s need for the products and/or services.
  • Sell the organizationโ€™s products and/or services to established customers or develop new prospects within assigned territory.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitorโ€™s products, prices, and sales.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years experience in SaaS sales
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree
  • Sales experience with SaaS products/services, specifically within Medical Education and/or Healthcare
  • Proven history of exceeding sales goals in Medical Education
  • Established presence and connection in Medical Education
