ARSENAULT Marketing is looking for an innovative and experienced Paid Search Analyst to join our Paid Search team. Reporting to the Lead Product Marketing Manager. Paid Search Analyst will be responsible for execution of the paid search program to facilitate online transactions through paid search. In this role, the Paid Search Analyst will analyze campaign performance, align paid search solutions, and execute campaign optimizations as needed. As an integral part of the search team he/she will be responsible for the execution of SEM. You will be expected to forge a deep understanding of the campaigns daily performance and will be directly responsible for executing campaign performance levers in order to increase the value of the paid search program relative to ARSENAULT business goals. To be successful in this role an expert knowledge of paid search performance optimization levers is a must in order to maintain high quality customer interaction in all customer touch points. This person will also have an in-depth knowledge of how to analyze paid search to efficiently drive new customer acquisition, and retention/growth (upsell) of existing customers for ARSENAULT. Working knowledge of analysis tools coupled with a strong background in direct response paid search campaigns is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce optimization, and tactics as well as business data analysis

Drives campaign optimization tactics to improve engagement and efficiency of the paid search program.

Build and maintain reporting templates and performance overviews used in leadership calls as well as internal team performance review sessions

Knowledge of ad copy optimization best practices and creative testing design and implementation

Experience with email communication both internally with key stakeholders as well as vendor partners

Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis

Help establish bidding strategies and inform ad copy development; influence ad tech for proper data capture

Accountable for finance and accounting as it relates to campaign pacing and vendor payment processes such as Prisma
