Job description

Amentum is seeking a Resource Control Analyst for the Space Force Range Contract
Typical Duties

  • Prepare Data Change Reports (DCR) and Data Request (DR) from range users.
  • Monitor data production, timelines, and ensure final delivery of data productions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with WR instrumentation sites for all data requirements and deliveries.
  • Forecast maintenance activities
  • Prepare and deliver reports and summaries specified to the launches to range and site leadership.
  • Liaison to 2ROPS Scheduling office.
  • Resolve any conflict issues to the range schedule.
  • Backup for Finance data and distribution.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, operation research, or related fields, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Two (2) years of applicable analytical experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel.
  • Functional understanding of the WR Range launch requirements, maintenance planning and engineering activities and their interrelationships preferred.
  • Ability to multitask simultaneously and to switch between tasks quickly and assume task-related leadership to include decision making.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and short-notice requirements changes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms,
  • Frequently requires close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
  • The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Salary and Other Compensation
  • The annual starting salary for this position is between $60,000-$90,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Salary determined by Collective Bargaining Agreement.
