This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and data governance functions to ensure high-quality customer data, effective business processes, and successful delivery of CRM and Data Quality Management initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, experience working with customer data and business processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesElicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for Client Data Quality collaborating with business stakeholders.Create business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Conduct impact assessments and gap analysis for system enhancements and data initiatives.Facilitate workshops and meetings with business and technical teams to align requirements and solutions.Analyze data quality issues and work with business and technical teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.Assist in defining and monitoring client data quality KPIs and governance controls.Support data integration, migration, and synchronization efforts between Salesforce, MDM, and downstream systems.Participate in analysis of matching rules, data standardization, deduplication, and data remediation activities.Analyze Client data flow processes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and user adoption.Monitor data quality and integrity within Informatica MDM and Salesforce CRM.How does this role make an impact?- Develops and documents detailed requirements containing solution architecture that can be utilized for building, testing, training, and support operations. - Develops capability roadmaps and business cases; scope definition and management, stakeholder analysis, and creates and manages analysis activities. - Communicates and presents capability and scope plans to all levels of business and technical staff.Do you have what we're looking for?Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.Base Pay Range:$93,200-$128,150The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired.
