Department: Administrative and Logistics Support
 
As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Engineer, you will be embedded with customers to deploy and operate a production-grade data and application platform used in mission-critical environments. You’ll work at the intersection of software engineering, data integration, and real-world operations—turning complex, fragmented data into reliable, live systems that support critical decision-making.

Skills and attributes for success:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain a distributed data and application platform in production. 
- Integrate data from disparate source systems while preserving lineage and governance. 
- Build and customize operational applications, workflows, and analytics. 
- Design and maintain data pipelines supporting real-time and batch use cases. 
- Troubleshoot high-impact issues in live operational environments. 
- Work directly with users to understand workflows and translate needs into technical solutions. 
- Partner with internal product and engineering teams to improve platform capabilities. 
 
Qualifications:
- Strong software engineering fundamentals. 
- Experience with Python, Pyspark, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages. 
- Familiarity with data systems, APIs, and distributed architectures. 
- Ability to operate independently in customer-facing, on-site environments. 
- Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous, real-world settings. 
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
- Active TS/SCI Clearance or eligibility
- Strong engineering background, preferably in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science
