The Security Coordinator supports the execution and operational discipline of Fleet's global security program. This role ensures that security initiatives, system configurations, documentation, and operational tasks are coordinated across teams and tracked to completion.
The Security Coordinator acts as the operational backbone of the security organization. The role maintains configuration records, tracks security system changes, coordinates program activities across departments, and ensures that security initiatives move forward with clear ownership and accountability.
This position requires strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple technical and operational teams.
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will have experience and practical expertise in the following:
Security Program Coordination
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between security leadership, operations, engineering, construction, IT, and vendors.
  • Maintain clear documentation of security initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership on progress, blockers, and completion status.

Configuration Management Support
  • Maintain records of security system configurations across Fleet's global infrastructure, including access control systems, video systems, monitoring platforms, and supporting technology systems.
  • Track configuration changes to ensure systems remain aligned with approved standards and documented baselines.
  • Support change management processes related to security technology deployments and system updates.
  • Assist with maintaining system inventories for security hardware, software, and monitoring platforms.

Documentation and Operational Governance
  • Maintain centralized documentation for security procedures, operational playbooks, system standards, and configuration baselines.
  • Support preparation of materials for incident reviews, security program reviews, and operational briefings.
  • Ensure documentation is current, accessible, and aligned with company security policies.

Operational Support
  • Provide coordination support during security incidents or operational events by helping gather information, track actions, and document outcomes.
  • Assist with preparation of post-incident documentation and operational reviews.
  • Support periodic audits and internal reviews of security systems and processes.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in security management, information systems, business operations, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-6 years of experience in security operations, program coordination, IT operations, facilities operations, or similar roles.
  • Experience supporting complex operational programs across multiple teams or departments.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Comfort working with technical teams and operational environments.

Annual Compensation Range: $85,000-$125,000 Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus
