Job description

Standard Job Description This position is a part of the Space Capture Excellence team and will be supporting S&BD Talent Development and Training. This role will provide comprehensive administrative support (e.g. maintaining course rosters, tracking attendance, managing schedules, etc.), conducting endtoend data extraction, analysis, and metrics reporting to generate actionable insights, keeping the team aligned with project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes, and driving continuous process improvements

Responsibilities: Lead team organizational initiatives - Partner with the team to identify problems and implement solutions with minimal supervision. Own endtoend project management - Manage project plans and tracking milestones to keep the team on schedule. Design and maintain monitoring mechanisms - Partner with development team to upkeep dashboards and reporting frameworks that give realtime visibility into project health and drive continuous process improvement.

Own administrative operations - Coordinate all logistical aspects of training courses, including (but not limited to): Capturing enrollment lists and sending automated invitations Monitoring attendance, updating the learningmanagement system, and maintaining accurate records Perform data extraction, analysis, and reporting - Leverage advanced Excel capabilities (ex: pivot tables, Power Query, VBA/macros, advanced formulas) to compile team metrics, synthesize insights, and produce concise status reports for leadership Identify and implement process enhancements - Evaluate current workflows, propose efficiency gains, and lead the adoption of bestpractice tools and standards. The successful candidate will be a motivated team player who thrives on collaboration, takes initiative, and consistently delivers highquality results. This position is onsite full time.
