Here, you can build momentum that reaches beyond our business, develop skills for the future, and take ownership of your career with support at every stage. Join a firm where your career can make a difference.

The Data & Automation Solutions Hub (DASH) is a newly formed centralized group within Canada, dedicated to accelerating the adoption of audit technologies and data-enabled solutions. The team will consist of digital specialists from multiple Business Unit to support engagement teams, drive practical use of approved digital tools, and build lasting digital capability—all while maintaining a focus on audit quality and consistency.

What you will do

  • AI: Drive AI adoption by upskilling audit teams on the effective use of Clara AI and supporting the development of custom AI agents tailored to engagement needs. Actively participate in pilots of new AI functionality in collaboration with the National Audit Innovation team to ensure early adoption and knowledge transfer across the organization.
  • Oversee a team of dedicated digital specialists (senior accountants/assistant managers) to effectively deploy these digital solutions on audit engagements across all Business Units while maintaining/enhancing audit quality.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of key priorities to stakeholders including the National Audit Innovation team.

What you bring to the role
  • CPA designation.
  • 7+ years of experience in audit.
  • Graduate of KPMG's Digital Academy program (Graduate Certificate or Master’s) considered an asset.

  • Proficiency and knowledge with analytics and visualization tools such as MindBridge, Power Bi, Power Query and Alteryx.
  • High user of existing AI technologies (AITS, Clara AI, Copilot).
  • Ability to work independently to drive projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) – ability to work with multiple stakeholders, communicate priorities and manage expectations.
