TEMENOS Data Cloud EngineerIntroduction:

The TEMENOS Data Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing data models aligned with the T24 core banking data structure, leading data migration projects, developing ETL/ELT pipelines, designing real-time data exchange integrations, and supporting regulatory reporting requirements. This role will also involve establishing data governance frameworks and advising on cloud deployment data architecture.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data models aligned with the T24 core banking data structure (jBASE / UniVerse, TAFJEE)
  • Lead end-to-end data migration projects – planning, mapping, transformation, validation, and cutover
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data extraction from T24 into data warehouses and BI platforms
  • Design OFS message flows and Temenos API Hub integrations for real-time data exchange
  • Build and optimize ENQUIRY and INFO Basic routines for operational and regulatory reporting
  • Support regulatory reporting requirements (BCBS 239, FINREP, COREP, AML/KYC data flows)
  • Establish data governance frameworks – lineage, quality rules, master data management within Temenos
  • Advise on cloud deployment data architecture for Temenos SaaS on AWS or Azure
  • Data Engineering experience and TEMENOS skills primarily to work on data pipelines to move data from Legacy systems to Temenos Cloud - T24 is the older platform though it is similar
