Customer Service Representative – Call Center & Data Entry
Harrisburg, PA | Full-Time | $19.00/Hour
Are you looking for a stable office position with no weekends, paid holidays, and opportunities for growth? Abel Personnel is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced customer support and data entry team in Harrisburg, PA.
This role combines customer service, account support, data entry, payment processing, and document review. Successful candidates will enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a team-oriented office environment.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be trained in multiple operational areas and will support customers through a variety of service channels.
Primary responsibilities include:
  • Answer inbound customer service calls
  • Resolve account questions and billing inquiries
  • Update customer accounts and customer information
  • Research and resolve violations and disputes
  • Enter and verify license plate information and account data
  • Review images and documentation for accuracy
  • Process check and credit card payments
  • Perform data entry and account adjustments
  • Scan and upload documents into company systems
  • Open, sort, and process incoming mail
  • Assist with account maintenance and customer correspondence
This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to move between customer service and administrative tasks throughout the day.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service, call center, administrative, data entry, retail, banking, healthcare, or office experience preferred
