Job description

Our company is currently seeking ​a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process all accounts payables and receivables, credit card processing and banking.
  • Maintain all records and work with accountant for all record accuracy.
  • Process standard payroll and prevailing wage payroll.
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions.
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties.
  • Minimum 3 years experience required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in payroll, accounting, finance, or other related fields.
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
