Under the direction of the Shop Manager, theEquipment Maintenance Support Assistantwillbe responsible forsupporting the day-to-day operations of our Equipment Maintenance team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assistshop supervisors in generating, opening, and closing work orders accurately and on time.

  • Scan and upload documents into the 360 system,ensuringall files are organized and accessible.

  • Work with the Shop Parts Manager to ensure parts availability and proper documentation for maintenance tasks.

  • Create and set up Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules, ensuring they align with maintenance needs and available resources.

  • Build PM parts kits, verifying that all required parts are included and properly documented with P&D (part and description) numbers.

  • Code invoices to streamline the approval process and ensureaccurateaccounting for maintenance-related expenses.

  • Assistwith creating andmaintainingreference parts tabs for easy access to essential part information.

  • Regularly update equipment meters (e.g., hours, mileage) to keep track of equipment usage for maintenance purposes.

  • Enter andmaintainequipment details accurately in the 360 system to ensure complete and up-to-date records.

  • Organize and track repair requests, ensuringtimelyprocessing and prioritization based on urgency.
