Data Entry Clerk
The Data Entry clerk is responsible for assisting with inputting customers' data.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Input information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources into a computer database.
  • File, sort, and prepare documents for imaging, and copying.
  • Perform other tasks specific to a branch office
  • Answer emails and process faxes.
  • Upload sales and other documents to the branches.
  • Prepare mail for the dealers and branches.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to focus and multitask.
  • Able to concentrate and focus.
  • They must stay focused on their task while working with limited distractions from other things.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Stand, walk and/or sit for eight (8) hours a day
  • Talk and/or hear, both in person and by telephone
  • Lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Work primarily in an office setting

WORK SCHEDULE:
