Help with different responsibilites such as data entry into Quote Rush to check renewals to remain competitive


We are independent so we have multiple insurance carriers to offer to our customers

Learn the different insurance carriers we offer

Help in following up on payments, 4 points - Wind Mitiagation reports,

Email renewals to CSR's so that can send to insureds

Problem solving - gathering informaation from customer to offer quote

Data entry into Propietary AMS 360 (electronic file cabinet)

Answering all inbound calls and dispaatch messages

Provide support to each CSR,s from A thru K and from L thru Z assisting them on renewals and new business

Follow up on Renewals and Assist CSRs with endorsements both monetary and non monetary

send memo reminders to insureds to remind to pay their renewals



Requirements

Insurance license 440 is not necessary but should be obtain after 90 days from start date We will help you get licensed

Any experience in a customer service role and or data entry and or processing work , preferably within the Property and casualty insurance industry. A good attitude and willingness to learn will go a long way

High School graduate is preferred

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for clear and friendly explanations.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine desire to help others.

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and standard office applications, such as AMS360

A positive attitude and a proactive approach to assisting clients.
