Reports to:  HR Manager
FLSA Status: Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Hours per week: 20 hours, Part-time
Campus: Melbourne

Job Summary:
This position supports the HR Department by maintaining accurate, up-to-date employee records within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Requires high attention to detail, strict data privacy compliance, and strong organizational skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain Accurate and up-to-date data in employee paper and HRIS files (1 Corinthians 15:58)
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee files and records (1 Chronicles 29:17)
• Answer frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies while referring more complex questions to appropriate senior-level or management HR staff
• Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately (Colossians 3:17)
• Provide clerical support to the HR department (Ephesians 4:16)
• Assist with onboarding new hires and offboarding terminated employees
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor (Colossians 3:23)
