Job Summary

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems, supporting operational and inventory management. This position is a great opportunity for someone who has knowledge or interest in coins, bullion, and precious metals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and update inventory, customer, and transaction data into internal databases.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and reconciliation for coin and bullion products.
  • Generate basic reports and provide data as needed for management.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
  • Assist other Inventory Specialists and others on projects as needed.
  • Quickly learn and retain product knowledge, including identifying coins and bullion items.
  • Utilize problemsolving and critical thinking skills to assist with inventory discrepancies and operational tasks.
  • Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior experience needed. This is an entry level position and training will be provided.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain information in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to identify and learn coin and bullion products efficiently.
